The course materials consist of a guidebook for leaders and mentors, and logbooks for adults, young people and children. Everyone is also invited to meditate and pray, with the help of the Little Meditation Book, the Little Prayer Book and the Little Prayer Book for Children which complete the series.
The Personal Logbook for Adults and Mentors provides appetisers, questions, quotes, exercises and activities. Each person writes, draws, discusses or creates with a mentor or partner, who completes their own logbook at the same time. The logbooks are started one week before the course, so that feedback may be given at the course group meeting, and each week the relevant pages are completed in advance, as preparation for the week's subject.
