How to Place an OrderIf you know what you would like to buy, type the name of the product into the search box on the site. If you would like to browse for a product, use the main product categories (Bibles, Books, Computer Software, Gifts, Multimedia, Music, or Video&DVD). You will then find many sub-categories to choose from and narrow down your search. For more information about an individual product, click on the product image or name.
After you have made your selection, click on the ‘Add to basket’ button and enter the quantity of the item you require. This article will then be stored in your Shopping Basket. To view the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time click the shopping basket icon at the top of the page. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item. You can also change the quantities of any of the items in your shopping basket; just click on ‘Changed quantities? Update’ after you have made your changes and your total will be recalculated. If you want to continue browsing for other items, just click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button. When you have finished shopping, just click on the ‘Go to checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to log into your account by filling in your e-mail and password, or clicking on ‘I am a new customer’.
If you are a new customer, to fully process your order you will need to register for your free account. You can do this by just filling in the form that will appear on your screen after you have clicked on ‘I am a new customer’. Then click on ‘submit’.
For those who already have an account with us, please click on the ‘Login’ option at the top of the page. This will take you to the page where you can enter your e-mail and password and you will be able to access your account.
Next, you will be asked to enter a delivery address and choose a method of payment. We accept Visa (Visa Electron, Visa Delta), MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Switch. Please enter the card information without spaces or dashes. When you have supplied this information, click on ‘Place your Order’.
Note: When we ask you for your Billing Address or Cardholder Address, this is the address where your Credit Card Bills or Bank Statements are sent to. This may be different from the delivery address. Please check that the house number and postcode in your billing address are exactly the same as they appear on your Credit Card Bills or Bank Statements. If there is a discrepancy, we regret that we won’t be able to process your order.
