Returns and Refunds Policy


Damaged and Faulty Goods

We at CLC want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods that we sent to you, please contact us by email or in writing within 7 working days of the delivery date if any of your goods are damaged or faulty, or if the goods we delivered are not what you ordered. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will ask you to return the faulty goods to us. When received, we will replace the item should you wish or refund your card.

Goods No Longer Required

Most unwanted products can be returned to us within 7days after you receive them. Goods must be unopened and in the same condition as they were delivered. Sealed packages like DVDs or software must remain sealed.

We will refund your card once we have received the item.

We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
