Edward Challen
The author: Edward Challen trained as a medical laboratory scientist, specializing in Haematology and Clinical Immunology. After three years at Bible college, he went with his family to reside in a south Asian country, living among Muslims. As well as being involved in an outreach and church planting ministry, his medical training also proved extremely useful. From 1984 he had a sixteen-year pastoral ministry at Epsom, England, and since 2000 he has been at a church in Parkstone, Poole. He and wife, Monica, have two adult children and five grandchildren. -- Publisher
