Delivery Information

Time of Dispatch

• If we received your order before 1pm and we have the item you requested in stock, we will do our best to dispatch it the very same day. Later orders will quite often be dispatched the next day.
• If an item is out of stock in our warehouse but available from one of our suppliers, we will usually dispatch it within 4 working days.
• If an item is out of stock in our warehouse and unavailable from our UK suppliers we will notify you of the approximate delivery date and await your instructions.

Postage and Packing Charges

When you place your order and checkout, our site will automatically calculate the relevant postage and packing. For your information the rates are listed below.

UK Deliveries:

• The delivery charge is based on the value of your order.
• The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

European Zone:

• The delivery charge is based on the number of items in your order.
• The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the country of destination.
• Basic Cost: £2.99
• Cost per item: £1.99

World Zone 1 (USA and Canada):

• The delivery charge is based on the number of items in your order.
• The delivery time for airmail is 9-12 working days. The delivery time for economy is 2-6 weeks.

World Zone 2 (Rest of the World)

• The delivery charge is based on the number of items in your order.
• The delivery time for airmail is 10-12 working days.
• The delivery time for economy is 8-12 weeks.

• All orders over £100 should be insured. You will be informed about the cost of insurance upon receipt of your order. We regret that we cannot provide any compensation for uninsured parcels that are subsequently lost in your country’s postal service.
• We reserve the right not to ship to countries where the postal service is highly unreliable and where the likelihood is great that parcels will get lost due to the country’s political and economic climate.
• Some countries impose local import duties. These duties are not included in our postage and packing charges and need to be paid by the customer to their local postal service. Please check for your country’s regulations with your local customs and excise department.
